Competitors that meet the requirements for test credit may complete a test credit request. Forms will be available on the competition website. Test credit forms received by May 9 will be charged $10; forms received after that date will be charged $20. Test Credit must be requested no later than 5 p.m. the day before the event, no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued unless the competitor withdraws. There is a non-refundable convenience fee.

To request Test Credit:

• Download and fill out the IJS Protocol For Test Credit form, the IJS Protocol for Test Credit - Adult, or the Solo Dance Test Credit form (it’s a fillable PDF).

• Once you’ve filled out and saved the PDF, fill out the Test Credit Request.

• After you compete, be sure to collect your test credit packet from Registration! You must collect your packet and turn it in to your home club test chair.
