About Copper State Skating Club

Copper State Skating Club was founded in 2010 at Polar Ice Gilbert. In 2015, we held our first Copper State Classic Competition.

In 2022, the Club moved to our current home, the Coyotes Community Ice Center (CCIC).

Our Board

The Copper State Skating Club Board is responsible for the direction of the club and its activities. Board members are elected in June for staggered 2-year terms.

In addition, the Board includes appointed chairs for specific activities:

Our Junior Board

The Copper State Skating Club Junior Board is the voice of our skaters who are under 18. The Junior Board plans activities, raises funds, and supports the activities of the Board and the Club.

CSSC FAQs

  • Click here for our membership page. The membership year for US Figure Skating runs from July to June. You should be aware that US Figure Skating does not pro-rate memberships.

  • CSSC is administering freestyle ice at CCIC. Click here for the current schedule and links to sign up. There is a discount for CSSC members.
